- Tam Phong Co., Ltd. was originated from Enterprise 22/12 established in 1984, was located in the Thuong Dang Le military base – Chau Doc Town. Scope business: processing and trading subtilized cowhide and buffalo-hide, and agricultural products for export.
- In 1996, Enterprise 22/12’s premises were requisitioned by the An Giang Army Section to serve the national defence. Henceforth, it stopped operating.
- 2002 – 2006: Mr. Do Thanh Doi and Ms. Dang Thi Hong operated a trading firm to supply Agro-products, food, and feedstuff material at No. 189 Le Hong Phong Street - Tra Noc ward –Can Tho City and functioned as the logistics intermediary for Agro-products and food export companies and animal food manufacturing companies in Binh Duong Province.
- At the end of 2006, Mr. Do Thanh Doi and Ms. Dang Thi Hong decided to set up factories and warehouses in Phu Hoa Ward, Thoai Son District, An Giang province due to the distinctive advantages of the location. An Giang is one of the biggest granaries and centers of vegetables and legumes in Vietnam. This province shares a long border with Cambodia, which is convenient for transportation and export to Cambodia. In addition, according to the master plan of Thoai Son district, Phu Hoa Industrial Zone will be the leading zone in processing Agro-products and producing feedstuff in 2015.
- In 2007 Tam Phong Co.,Ltd was officially licensed in Phu Hoa ward, Thoai Son District, An Giang Province. The infrastructure was established in 2008 including processing factories and warehouses. They are expected to come into operation in early 2010.
- In 2010 Tam Phong Co.,Ltd was renamed Tam Phong Join Stock Company.

Tam Phong Factory is based in Phu Hoa ward, Thoai Son district, An Giang province. The area of arable land in Thoai Son district includes 47.000ha arable land and 105,000 ha per year for harvest.

The district has a population of 180.000 people with harvest productivity of 630,000 tons/year. Moreover, Phu Hoa Industrial Zone is planned to be the leading area in processing and producing agro-products and feedstuff by 2015.
Located in Phu Hoa Industrial Zone, our factory is 7 km away from Long Xuyen city, on the Provincial Road 943 and its back connects to the wide river, which brings about good advantages for the commodity transportation.
